Jungle Boldie invites...

The renowned Dutch modern jazz trio Jungle Boldie, with reed player Maarten Ornstein, bass player Tony Overwater and drummer Wim Kegel, will engage in some new and exciting collaborations with European soloists. In season 2012-2013 they will start with: Remi Panossian (FRA piano), Karin Hammar (SE trombone) and Fabio Zeppatella (ITA guitar).

Each of the guests will be featured in a separate series of concerts, for which new music will be composed by bassist Tony Overwater, saxophonist Maarten Ornstein, and of course by each of the guests.

In late November 2012 the series kicks off with concerts featuring Remi Panossian, one of the most exciting new French pianists. His personal style, great swing and inventive compositions have earned him great reviews both in France and on many festivals in Europe and the Far East.
